Instructions for Oral Presenters
– Please bring copies of any presentation slideshows on a USB stick.
– If you wish, you can also email a backup copy of your presentation to Becky at conference@ssbp.org.uk – please send this by 3rd September, and please also still bring a USB stick with your presentation to the conference.
– We will load presentations onto the presentation laptop before the start of each session – please arrive in good time if you are presenting in the first session of the day.
Instructions for Poster Presenters
The poster boards for the 2025 SSBP Research Symposium are of usable area L:148cm x W:125cm
This should accommodate posters of A1 or A0 size, in portrait or landscape orientation, but please check the measurements of your poster, including any margins.
Posters will be set up during morning registration on 5th September. Please allow plenty of time to sign in and set up your poster before the start of the conference.
Instructions for all Presenting Authors
All abstracts submitted for consideration have now been reviewed, and presenting authors have been informed of the result. If you have not yet received the result of your submitted abstract, please contact Becky at conference@ssbp.org.uk urgently.

The society is registered as a charity in the UK (No. 1013849) and was set up in 1987.
