Instructions for all Presenting Authors

All abstracts submitted for consideration have now been reviewed, and presenting authors have been informed of the result. If you have not yet received the result of your submitted abstract, please contact Becky at conference@ssbp.org.uk urgently.

Instructions for Poster Presenters

Posters for presentation at the 2022 SSBP Research Symposium should be:

– Maximum 138 cm in height and 95cm width
– Preferably Portrait orientation

Posters will be set up during morning registration on 9th September. Please allow plenty of time to sign in and set up your poster before the start of the conference.

Please remember to send digital copies of your poster to conference@ssbp.org.uk by Friday 26th August

Please send your poster as a pdf (or equivalent vector graphic format) and also as a print quality high resolution image (jpg or png).
