Social Events
There are two main social events held during the SSBP Conference – The Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner
Welcome Reception - 5th September
The Welcome Reception will be held at the Grand Hyatt Bali (Conference Venue)
The Welcome Reception is free for all conference delegates, including anyone registered for just the Educational Day, or just the Research Symposium.
Additional Guest Tickets for the Welcome Reception are available for £20, and must be booked in advance, as part of the Online Conference Registration
Conference Gala Dinner and Uluwatu Visit- 6th September
The Conference Dinner on 6th September will be combined with a trip to Uluwatu, one of the most historic temples in Bali. We will travel together, see a traditional Kecak Dance, and then go to Jimbaran Beach to have dinner together.
The Conference Dinner is free for delegates attending the Research Symposium (or the full 3-day event), but must be booked in advance.
Additional Guest Tickets are available for £40, and can be booked during Online Registration for the conference.
The final number of attendees for the visit needs to be finalised by 26th July, so please register before the Earlybird Registration Deadline if you wish to attend. (For anyone registering at a later date, there may still be tickets available, but we cannot guarantee.)

The Society for the Study of Behavioural Phenotypes (SSBP) is an international, interdisciplinary research society for studying the development, learning and behaviours of individuals with genetic disorders and ways of helping to improve lives. The society is registered as a charity in the UK (No. 1013849) and was set up in 1987.
